I’m a master’s-level counseling intern at The Center for Connection and Wellness and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Lindsey Wilson College, graduating in August 2025. I’m currently working toward licensure as a professional counselor.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, and the emotional intensity that can accompany giftedness, twice-exceptionality, or high sensitivity. Many of my clients describe feeling like they’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time—a painful and confusing space I understand on both a personal and professional level. My goal is to offer a steady, supportive, and shame-free environment where clients can begin to feel safe in their own story.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. I draw from trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and strengths-based practices, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual. I’m trained in Brainspotting, a mind-body therapy that supports emotional processing and nervous system regulation.
Having lived with chronic pain and anxiety, I know how difficult it can be when your internal experience isn’t visible to others. Therapy with me is never about “fixing” who you are—it’s about reconnecting with your resilience, finding clarity, and making space for healing and growth that feels authentic to you.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy kayaking, reading by the water, and spending time with my two dogs and two cats.
